El comienzo es un poco frío.
Creo que procede una presentación inicial más personal, cercana. La información con proyección está bien, pero debe ser un complemento posterior para estar interactuando.

We loved our time at the Atelier Etxanobe. The food was absolutely amazing, the place was very nice, and the service was also exceptional!

En general todo muy bien, se notaba que al estar el nuevo local recién inaugurado ( 2 días) algunas cosas estaban todavía un poco descontroladas.
Un fallo importante, solicitamos vino blanco para la comida y las dos botellas que consumimos nos las trajeron sin enfriar y tuvimos que esperar a que el hielo hiciera su trabajo.
